Boats pulling skiers
It is illegal to operate a powerboat pulling a skier, wakeboarder, tuber, or similar apparatuses during a period that begins one (1) hour after sunset and ends at one (1) hour before sunrise. "Sunset" and "Sunrise" means that time determined by the national weather service for our location.
PWC
It is illegal to operate a PWC during the period that begins at sunset and ends at 8:00 a.m. “Sunset” means that time determined by the national weather service for our location.
