4:00 p.m. Boat Parade– April McCaskey is the coordinator. There at three themes’ this year, Most Original, Wild, Wild West and Americana. Please note the new time changeof the Boat Parade. We chose Valentine's Day as our favorite holiday and presented the Valentine Lane Sweethearts. We didn't win but they sure were cute and sweet.

The theme for this year's parade was 'Support Our Troops'. Our boat was decorated with flags from each branch of the service including Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard and Seabees plus a POW MIA flag and the American Flag with "Support Our Troops" on it. We were pleased to recieve the trophy for 'Best Americana Design 2008'. The prize was a beautiful three burner grill. We would like to thank the committee for all the nice trophies and prizes possible. The Gomoll Family, Lakeview Drive.
