The Posey Lake Homeowners Association is a non profit organization that promotes safety, water quality and general well being for the residents of Posey Lake.  It is a volunteer membership with annual dues of $15.00.  Dues are used to cover administration costs for mailings, newsletters, water testing, meetings, this website and affiliation with the Michigan Lakes and Streams Association and various other things.  The P.L.H.A. is not a governing body.  Its purpose is not to establish or enforce any rules or regulations on the lake.  Please contact our local authorities for enforcing the laws that are already in place.
